In shaping the future of clean energy living, the AKQA New York team was tasked with a mission to develop a Sunrun Consumer Application. This robust tool empowers users to better understand their solar energy system, their energy consumption, and provide the tools necessary if they needed assistance. By enabling new opportunities and reduce attrition, the application contributes to a stronger bottom line and less customer care associated calls.

I worked with a cross-functional team comprising UX and interface designers, creative directors, product managers, and strategists. This project involved weekly collaboration with client leadership, addressing immediate tasks related to potential features, brand vision, art direction, interaction design, and ultimately, facilitating design hand-off.
